 ABOUT GAS BAG

GAS BAG

GAS BAG for 48” diameter natural gas pipelines
Gas bags in spherical or cylindrical in shape consisting of rubber bladder enclosed in canvas cloth (without having a tube inserted throughout the entire length of the bag) suitable for sealing of seepage of natural gas pipelines during pipe cutting, hot topping / stoppling operations. Gas bags should be capable of being inserted in the line through restricted openings having diameter equal to 1/3 rd of pipeline diameter such as weldolets, reducing tees and concentric reducers etc.
The offered gas bag should be equipped with suitable hose and connector for air filling / inflation.
 

User's Guide


1. According to the pipeline and diameter selection of the corresponding specifications of the GAS BAG (not to replace)


2. Before use should check the production of GAS BAG and other defects, with a pressure reducing valve in the gas cylinders through the GAS BAG tail pipe phase within the filling nitrogen, to be filled to the pipe diameter size, tied tightly tied tail pipe. Stored for more than 2 hours, check no leakage, the discharge of all gas, spare.

3. According to the construction situation, at a certain distance from the pipeline construction (6 meters above) on the pipeline to play a hole (can be put into the GAS BAG), remove the burr on the edge of the hole, check the tube without foreign matter or sharp angle, the GAS BAG rolled into a tube, from the hole into the tube, the isolation side (construction direction), tail pipe to stay outside, through the tail pipe to the ball filled with nitrogen (inflation pressure of not more than 0.04Mpa) gradually GAS BAG ball paste Tighten the inner wall of the pipe, you can bundle the tail pipe (no leakage). Check whether the gas is isolated, normal, you can construction.


4. After the completion of the construction, the gas inside the GAS BAG exhausted, removed from the hole to recover, plug the hole.

使用说明书

1.根据管道和管径选用相应规格的油气管道封堵气囊(切勿替代)

2.使用前应检查油气管道封堵气囊的生产等缺陷,用减压反将氧气瓶中的气体通过油气管道封堵气囊尾管相求内充氮气,待充到管道管径尺寸后捆紧,扎牢尾管。存放2小时以上,检查无泄漏后,排尽气体备用。

3.根据施工情况,在离管道施工处一定距离(6米以上)的管道上开一孔(能放进油气管道封堵气囊为好),去掉孔边上的毛刺,检查管内无异物或尖角后,将油气管道封堵气囊卷成筒状从孔中放入管内隔离端(施工方向),使尾管留在外边,通过尾管向球内冲入氮气(充气压力不大于0.04Mpa)逐步将油气管道封堵气囊使球贴紧管壁,即可将尾管捆扎(不得有漏气)。检查余气是否被隔离,正常后方可施工。

4.施工完成后,将油气管道封堵气囊内气体排尽,从孔中将其取出回收,堵上开孔。
